In observance of Feast Day celebrated on 8月 18, 2021, the St. Philip’s 大学 Department of Student Life will host “Reflections of a Saint” in honor of 圣艾特米娅·鲍登 on 8月 16-31, 2021. 学生, 工作人员, 和 faculty are encouraged to share their thoughts on how Artemisia Bowden’s foundation 和 leadership continue to unite SPC’s community. 圣艾特米娅·鲍登 is celebrated annually on Feast Day in recognition of her life 和 good works. 2021 marks the sixth anniversary of the canonization of Bowden by the 78th General Convention of the Episcopal Church that took place in 2015, with 8月 18 being named her saint day. We grew from a grammar school to a vocational school to an industrial school to an accredited junior college.
